We’re looking for mid-to-senior career level volunteers who would feel confident reviewing resumes because of their work experience and/or hiring experience in local, state, and/or federal levels of government. You don’t have to have HR or hiring manager experience, but you do need to have either hired folks, or have been a part of the hiring process (i.e. reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates), for roles within government. We’re looking for volunteers with expertise within Product / Project Management, UX Design / Research, Content Strategy, Software Engineering, Data Science / Analytics, HR/Technical Recruiting, Digital Services Leadership. … [Prior to Jan 29/30th] Preview your participant resumes. We’ll share those resumes with you so that you can review prior to the event and fully maximize the 15 minute session with your participants.
