Why we are asking: U.S. Digital Response is committed to ensuring accessible volunteering experiences. Although USDR cannot guarantee to meet any and all accommodations, we’d certainly like to try to within our capabilities. … USDR volunteer opportunities are remote/virtual, although there may be a rare optional opportunities for in-person volunteering. Volunteering opportunities typically require ~10 hrs/week for 10-12 weeks. Sometimes workday availability is needed to meet with government partners. You will be asked to email, online message, video-conference, and access other (free or USDR compensated) online tools while volunteering.
